Membership terms and disclaimer

Monthly membership. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time, from your member dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued.

Annual and discounted memberships. Annual memberships — including any membership purchased at a promotional or discounted rate — are final purchases and are non-refundable. By completing an annual or discounted purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the full amount is earned at the time of purchase and will not be refunded, in whole or in part, except where required by law.

One-time program purchases, including Golf Zen, are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

ZEN57 is a mindful movement and meditation practice. It is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical or mental health condition. ZEN57 makes no scientific or medical claims of any kind.

Consult a physician or qualified health professional before beginning this or any exercise or movement program, especially if you have, or suspect you may have, any physical or mental health condition that could be affected by physical activity, breathwork, or meditation — including but not limited to pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery or injury, chronic pain, or a history of trauma, anxiety, depression, or other conditions under treatment.

If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, emotional distress, or any other adverse symptom while practicing, stop immediately and seek appropriate professional care.

You participate in ZEN57 classes, programs, and practices entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for practicing within your own limits, using appropriate space and equipment, and modifying or skipping any movement that is not right for your body on any given day.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZEN57, its instructors, and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation in the practice or your use of this site.

Membership is personal to you. Do not share your login or class access. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.

We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of your membership after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
