Leo's story
The Karate Golf Connection
Leo Herrera grew up playing golf.
As he began competing, he was always looking for an edge. So alongside golf, he started training in karate at just 7 years old.
At first, karate was simply a way to become a better competitor. But the more he trained, the more he realized he was developing something the other kids on the course didn't have.
Discipline.
Body awareness.
Coordination.
Control.
The ability to stay present under pressure.
That training eventually led Leo to earn his black belt, but more importantly, it changed the way he understood movement.
As his golf career progressed, he eventually stepped away from karate to focus completely on golf. But whenever he wanted to take his game and his body to another level, he kept finding himself coming back to the same principles he learned through martial arts.
That became the foundation for what Leo now calls the Karate Golf Flow. A simple movement that combines the principles of martial arts with the movements of the golf swing to help golfers access more fluidity, coordination, and freedom in their motion.
When Leo started sharing it online, golfers immediately connected with it. Because it wasn't another complicated swing drill. It was a way to feel the movement.
So Leo turned the concept into a concise 7-step process. Each step teaches a different movement you need to understand and own before putting them together into one fluid sequence.
You can practice it anywhere, anytime, without even hitting a golf ball. And as you master the movement, you begin to develop a deeper understanding of how to create a golf swing that isn't forced or manufactured. You learn to access fluid motion instead of trying to create it.
